At WildWoodNest, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, or washing.

WildWoodNest reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or damage caused during transit, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

WildWoodNest is not responsible for items lost during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

After verification, WildWoodNest may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

at our sole discretion depending on product availability and circumstances.


6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped by WildWoodNest

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


9. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping delays caused by customs authorities are outside the control of WildWoodNest.

10. Natural Material Variations

Many WildWoodNest products are crafted using genuine leather and natural materials.

Variations in grain, texture, color, markings, and finish are natural characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Such variations do not qualify for refunds or returns on the basis of defect claims.
