All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

WildWoodNest reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.


2. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, WildWoodNest works with trusted logistics and courier partners through Shiprocket and other carrier networks.

Shipping partners may vary depending on the destination, package size, and service availability.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

India Orders

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, WildWoodNest may offer free shipping promotions at its sole discretion.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the respective shipping carrier and may require time to become active after shipment.


6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

WildWoodNest ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT/GST
  • Brokerage fees
  • Government-imposed charges

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not controlled by WildWoodNest.

Any customs-related delays are outside our control.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

WildWoodNest shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.


8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect;
  • The package was refused;
  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful; or
  • The customer failed to collect the shipment,

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.


9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

While we will assist customers in resolving shipment issues whenever possible, WildWoodNest is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost shipments caused by carrier errors
  • Theft after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by customs authorities
  • Force majeure events

10. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the package and product immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photographs.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


11. Force Majeure

WildWoodNest shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Customs restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Carrier service interruptions
